Justin is a great coach and we continually work together to make training enjoyable and as veried as possible. The players seem to enjoy the sessions and he seems to enjoy the added responsibility of being the joimt manager of the Reserve Team, however he doesn't likeit too much when I take all his players with the 1st team.
